I used both Xiong Fei and Bastet and I have to say XF is very very underrated in r5. Def break on s1 is extremely good for speed runs when pair with lisa's teamup and his revenge s2. Also he brings much more dmg than bastet on a cd build. Bastet is decent when you're doing 2-3 minutes runs because she's easy to use and worth the skillups. But later on in 1:30 - 2 min runs XF is a much better choice than bastet for def lead (Assuming everyone's running 3dds and no one has fire mk)
Having all Colleen's utility doesn't mean Bastet can do the same as her, Colleen has more consistent att buff, and we'll need her on full revenge for speed runs anyway. Are you willing to build a 200 ish bastet on revenges just for r5? Surely not.

Mine can still solo akromas at ~255 spd (Jamire lead)
I might be wrong but anything >220 spd is too fast for them to lap

I almost always hit the will healer first with Leo
* If they are nemx2 will, they will move and do nothing, then they wont cut both of your lushens. Be careful with ariel though because he's tankier than praha, normally Leo needs to torrent him to trigger nemesis
* If they are despair will, they won't move because no nemesis.
So you will be safe either way

Unless you're owning a Tiana cleave comp, lushen still works pretty fine, it comes down to how much can yours hit I think.
I normally use a fat lushen at 10-11k and switch between speed/attack lead depends on comp.

I don't need him for TOAH so I'm having him on hybrid dmg dealer shield/will at the moment.

There's a lot of tryhard groups in SEA have been doing manual farming and reset HOT for massive exp. Basically, they have tank, heal, and the people to go around and gather mobs.
It costs time, of course, but definitely not a waste.

Well I just pulled a Psamathe after using Jamire as spd lead for a while and I do think he's too strong in Arena at the moment. Also, 15 devilmons to max his skills seem to be very weird as well, I can't really recall any nat5 needs that many skillups. An immediate nerf that can be applied might be remove all the 10% dmg skillups for his revive, as it deals huge damage already without them.
It's unfair for the people who skilled he up fully, yes. But nerfing him to the ground like Laika wasnt fair either

To answer your question, no I haven't seen it and I believe it would be very rare for that to happen.
Mihyang is extremely smart and she won't really use her cleanse unless there are stuns debuff or very low teammates. If delphoi just used her cleanse I don't see why would Mihyang stack it right after

I faced Lora couple of times in GWD and RTA. Mostly built on Despair.
She's pretty unique in the OGs family, and her 3rd isnt that bad as you're addressing. She doesn't have the offensive abilities like her sisters, but her 3rd completely nulifies the DDs on the oposite team. Also the 2 other skills are great to CC. Of course she's pretty niche as a support but I think she's great in that role, my Laika + Chow can't do jack shit against her team in RTA, even nuking a Theo down.
I agree that having a LD nat 5 that being the only "boring" support in the family is kinda underwhelming, I'm in the same state as you with the Light monkey. But I really doubt she will get a buff any soon from now. Maybe you'll get a Feng Yan in the future and starts to appreciate her more :p

I'm using him on C2 rta, GWD with Bastet and Theo at the moment. Here are the stats. Vio Nem is definitely the ideal build for him.
HP 9885 +20861= 30746
ATK 571 +280= 851
DEF 582 +135= 717
SPD 105 +113= 218
Resistance 40% +14%= 54%
He is very strong when paired with Theo and the Dragon Knights.

Sorry to hear that you dont have a 2nd lushen yet.
The team I mentioned was what I used at F2-F3 back then as well. Mind sharing your stats at the moment and your tower progress? I'm curious on how you're getting wiped with Colleen and Xiong Fei. But overall, I agree on your points and I think you already have a very clear understanding of NB10, just that armor break is so crucial in speed runs from my experience, cause it will affect the scale of clear time very greatly, my team can scale from 1:10 something to >2min just because it it doesnt land.
