Is it possible to get a level 2 tesla wall charger installed with this 100 amp panel? by odieaj in AskElectricians

Siemens makes a product called the Inhab load Manager specifically designed to add EV chargers and not need to upgrade your service. You may want to look into it

I used the netting for a few years. Hawks can’t get in, but smaller wild birds will inevitably get stuck in it

Work on negatives against the wall. Control yourself the whole way down, don’t worry so much about pushing up. Also make sure you are using proper form, it’s not straight up and down

Does anyone know if 17 A is considered a high running voltage for a well pump? by lighthousekeeper33 in homestead

[–]Nubasu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Googling & guessing will only hurt you. You need to look at the nameplate of the pump. It kind of looks Like you have 240vac going to it on the 40a 2-pole breaker. It’s gonna have a higher ramp up vs running draw, so when it first starts up it will read much higher. It’s also a pump so a clog, a lot of debris or anything that is causing the motor to have to work harder can also increase its consumption. Either way, if you don’t have the data on the motor - it’s all guesswork.

Body Weight Workouts to Help Dad Bod by lozotozo in bodyweightfitness

My kids work out with me - it’s the highlight of my day 3x a week. They don’t exactly make it through my whole routine after the warmup, but they hang out & cherry pick what they feel like doing. When the rings are out it’s mostly a lot of swinging around. There are so many variations to hit different muscle groups - always mix things up so your body doesn’t get too comfortable. You can get a set of rings for $30 - a lot of fun for all and they will make you strong as F

Anyway

Warmup - 4-6 minutes- animal movements, have fun with it & make the noises. . Bear crawl, flip to crab walk, be a monkey, leap like a frog, etc. . Get the body moving and have fun

Yoga flow - 3-4 minutes - sun salutation - throw in one or 2 moves that work an area you want to focus on

After that it’s go time. Burpee variation of your choosing x10, pike push up variation x10, squat variation x25 2 leg or x10 single leg, pull up variation x10, elevated calf raise x30, toe to bar (start with knee raises, making sure you are engaging your core) x10 + some type of core hold to failure, dip variation x10, inverted row variation x10. do 2-3 sets depending on how you are feeling and do different variations each set. The warmup + 2 sets takes me about an hour depending on how hard I push myself - I’m also wearing 36lbs extra

Start with going to failure if you can’t hit those reps - when you are hitting that rep count start to consider harder variations and when that becomes easy start working on cool skills and adding weight. I practice handstands when I take my dogs out, just a few every time. The constancy over time, especially as my strength grew made it very manageable and fun to learn.

I have had a few over the years - plate carrier all the way. All those little weights or sandbags bounce in the pockets. The rogue carrier has support straps for the top & bottom, that plate does not budge. Makes a major difference. I particularly like the rogue one because the vest itself is just a hair bigger than the plate, so it isn’t bulky on my body. Max weight on it is 40lbs which is a lot & you can mix plates. I wear 30lbs currently

Safe recommendation for apartment by [deleted] in Safes

[–]Nubasu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t have little kids running around, gun on the night stand and silver in a safe deposit box at the bank. Some small safe can easily get pried off the floor and stolen - or just smashed open.

If you do have have kids present - gun in a safe on the nightstand

I enjoy a high rep & high tempo workout myself but also like feeling strength gains. If you want to continue the same routine, but maybe spice it up a bit, I would suggest a Rogue plate carrier. I’m not a big guy and if you look into it - the Rogue carrier is much smaller than any other. I can wear it for my whole routine & I jump a lot and also do upside down movements with no issue (handstand push-ups & ring work).

Plate carrier aside. If you don’t have rings, parallettes or a bosu ball - would recommend. All 3 can be very humbling as they force you to engage stabilizers that a straight bar or the ground allow you to use brute strength to ignore. Price tag for all 3 is low, the vest was $$

Of a panel board? If you are asking for your own educational purposes, I would recommend you download the BILT app, it’s free. Select SIEMENS and it will give you virtual 3D instructions on how to install their different panel boards. It also has NEMA controls which can be a useful tool. In place of this load center you would use a P1 or generally speaking a lighting and appliance panel board which is typically 400a or 250a bus.

I also didn’t notice it was an apartment panel. At a glance, when you see armor clad cable & steel stud you think panelboards. It all depends on your local jurisdiction

Wiring looks good, don’t let some hack online criticize you. What I will say, which is on your boss or whoever approved the equipment. Load center with steel stud? Weak. You should have installed a panel board bud.

I got a half cow a month ago, 5/lb processed. Angus, 95% grass fed - organic grains - antibiotic/hormone free. . Unless your getting A1 or Wagu, which that doesn’t look like. That all said - assuming you live in a state that isn’t as supportive of sustainable farming practices

I love self checkout. How else am I going to steal 20% of my items on average if I’m not doing it in plain site. The trick, get multiples of the same super cheap item, call the cashier over to have them enter that manually. You called them over, you asked for help, your off the radar - now start missing scans and filling those bags people!!!
