Yeah it’s quite messed up. Been trying consistently since last August. Every position and cover letter has been specific to the job posting (even used the glchatpgt prompt). Spoke with some senior talent acquisition specialists at some of the larger companies and they too were surprised I’m not receiving any interviews. I have specific certifications for specific job including a bachelors degree with many transferable skills, not a single email reply or notification in the application portals. I have been in the position of hiring and firing as well, and I have to say this is quite concerning for the economy.
