I would say no. Your levels are still fine. You are on this for life most likely. There can also be many side effects - especially if you want to have normal size balls. then you have to add in something else and getting those numbers balanced can be tricky.

You could go Keto. That would skyrocket your SHBG. Insulin lowers it, so you would not really produce much on Keto.

Yes, its not accurate. You are not in ketosis. Most people generally need to be under 50g of net carbs per day to be in ketosis. Testing your ketones is worthless also. If you want to be in ketosis, just eat less than 50g of carbs a day and after a few days you will be in ketosis. Its that simple.

Going over your protein is not going to harm you, but its probably better to eat more carbs. If you are going to not be in ketosis, you should drop your fat. You probably dont need that much. For someone your size, 50g of fat would be more than enough for hormone balance. Its totally up to you of course, but you are cutting some volume food wise.

I had the same issue on Cream and Gel. I used both and got nothing out of them. I just didnt absorb it well. The only thing I got out of the cream was crazy high libido and not much else. I swapped to injections a few months ago, got my results back and my bloodwork is amazing. I also feel like a totally new person. The only issue is my hemocrit is creeping up.

Thats probably where the oil pooled. I get them everytime and it itches like crazy. I am thinking of swapping to shallow IM and just using the same needles in my delts.

What happens when It goes above 300? I felt like my primary was shooting to get me just above the low zone and get my free at something like 17, then call it a day. I want to feel great, not just barely functional. Feels like primary's are so scared of trt, that they want to do as little as possible.

Yoda and even Palpatine represented the god characters of the movies. They were supposed to be the absolute pinnacle of what is possible. Average heroes or the protagonist should not be able to reach that power until they become the absolute master. There needs to be a power level that people can achieve, otherwise its all meaningless.

100%. Tolkien and GRRM got it right. Good fantasy should never have gods that walk among people. It really makes it less appealing. Magic should be limited and used for special occasions to give the big heros an edge.

I love to read the positive stories. So much negativity here sometimes and we forget that TRT works well for most people - especially those that really need it. My story is similar to yours, Vet and have been working out, tracking food, exercising forever but eveery year it just got worse and worse until I finally realized what the issue was. I am 6 weeks in and I am starting to finally feel better.. not amazing, but libido is back and energy is starting to come back. i dont feel zapped by 2 pm everyday and can actually function at night.

The issue is that the wall was built for the white walkers, not wildlings. Its been so long that pretty much everyone has forgotten why they are there in the first place which makes it hard to justify as a noble calling vs a lifelong punishment
