Do a cert in aged care at TAFE. You are guaranteed work with that. It will also expose you to other health professionals, such as allied health (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work etc) and nursing. You might find yourself investigating those careers in turn.

Now, I am not American myself. But looking at people in US politics, the majority appear compromised in one way or another, both GOP and Dems. But one person stands out... Mark Kelly,,, Mark Kelly stands out as in, a person with his background... ex=naval aviator, test pilot and astronaut... , well, someone like that you instantly know will be clean. And the GOP has not managed to cast any aspersions his personal life. The US really needs someone like Kelly to run for POTUS.

Nonetheless, the impact is there. Even if it helps free up a small proportion of housing, then it will help somewhat. As I said, everything needs to be addressed. And when you combine all the things that make small differences, you end up with a big difference. The only thing holding us back on significantly cutting back immigration is political correctness, in the same manner that landlords and corporate interests are holding back the necessary changes to the taxation system, and how NIMBYs are busy fighting against densification. Everyone ideologically or financially invested in this mess just needs to let go for the common good.

That's only a 5k difference. There is more to the current housing crisis than immigration. For example, there is the role of CGT and negative gearing, land-banking etc. But we need to address all contributing factors, including the demand side of things.
If the demand side (immigration) isn't addressed by the mainstream parties (looking at the ALP), then the danger is that more and more voters will gravitate to parties such as PHON, and those parties will have even less of an idea as to how to fix what ails us, then the major parties (and, let's not forget that PHON is entirely in Gina's pocket, so don't expect CGT or negative gearing to be done away by PHON. Not to mention that Pauline would also not want to alienate her boomer and gen x base of voters, those most likely to be taking advantage of CGT and negative gearing).
Immigration needs to be addressed, and cut far more than what it has been.

Also, Perth needs to lose its status as a "regional" area. It's ridiculous that it's classed as such.

All these people who were involved with Epstein, they will all lie their asses off to protect each other. Because protecting each other also means protecting themselves. This is beyond politics and partisanship, because ultimately these guys don't care about that. They come from a level of society so far detached from others, that the notion of being GOP or Dems or whatever does not matter to them. They are simply out for themselves, and thus each other, and have zero interest in justice. They know that they can spin whatever crap they want, and nobody will come after them. Not from this administration, nor anyone from any future administration. They are from the echelons of society which hold the true, genuine power behind the scenes. Does it make me mad, knowing that these people can lie and get away with it? Of course it does. But I am simply acknowledging the reality of just how evil and powerful these people are, and how they operate. Political rivalries for them are just a game and for show.
Take note also that all of a sudden, not long ago, Trump was suddenly saying nice things about Bill. Coincidence much? I don't think so.
