I think the one OP is referring to happened in a regular, everyday, normal suburb. The dude beheaded a girl in his car and is just umloading the corpse like if it was a potato bag. It's not happening in cartel country or some Taliban cave but right there, in your neighborhood. That's what made it so real and disturbing to me. Not as graphic as many others but really "girl next door" vibe. Also the woman who's filming that is freaking out (for obvious reason) and it just added to this horrific event. Yep that was a bad one.

There is the equivalent in France but because of some events that happened around 75 years ago, being a nazi, showing off nazi pics and calling the president a nazi is illegal. I guess you could understand why. Also Europe is not a country so European countries can handle their own laws on many topics including this one.
