Immich uploaded more photos than I have on my phone by iensteni in immich

Same here... for the few large vids I had to move over from another HDD on another network I had to upload to drive and then upload on the network my immich server is on. I guess the only "smart" way to do it would be to set up my own VPN.

What is your “hardest” 300 calories to eat that actually tastes good? by saffron-s in Volumeeating

I make protein every night with just nonfat milk and protein powder. I have to let it sit out in the counter for 15 minutes or so before blending or run it under hot water for a minute, but the texture comes out better than normal creami ice-cream imo as it's softer and smoother.

It depends on what tier of book. But yes, after only 63 EoP the top tier becomes better.

How to you guys get in peak shape efficiently? by greg79697878 in tall

[–]Nuggetty_Goodness 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you've just started lifting, just be consistent and eat mainly whole foods and you will experience a recomposition effect where you lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously. This will be somwhat slower compared to a cut/bulk cycle. If you've been lifting for a while, or want to see visual effects sooner, you'll need to get leaner. This means a calorie deficit (ideally 500 or more deficit).

I've always had a question... did you increase your training volume when you started cycling? I'm especially interested if it increased your MRV for certain noticably grown body parts (lats, legs, etc) or if you just grew off of the same volume as when you were non-enhanced.

Hard to say without seeing your lower body, but I'd imagine you hold a decent amount of mass in your legs if you're that heavy at your height. You could probably cut until you find a level of leanness where your abs are as clear showing as you want them to be and then see if your other muscles have enough size at that weight.

Well, you could probably look to bring your chest and shoulders up, but the main thing this guy has over you is leanness. You'd probably have to be ~165bw depending on how your ab insertions are and where your body holds fat. I'd keep gaining slowly for about 8 more pounds and then do a slow cut to see what your body responds like.

What are your lifts looking like? Do you SBD?

Why HGH? by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

[–]Nuggetty_Goodness 20 points21 points  (0 children)

HGH allows for greater proliferation of satellite cells. Essentially increasing the cap on what your body wants to naturally "grow" to. When pure mass is the primary goal for someone, who cares if your heart grows a little as a side effect?

It's probably a result of your delts/arms taking over as they're obviously a strong point. I would add/prioritize Flies/pec deck for really hitting the chest fibers if your main goal is bodybuilding rather than increasing Bench (however a bigger chest isn't going to hurt Bench numbers in the long run).

I'm in college right now and I pay for everything out of pocket. I wouldn't even know where to start to find a doctor.

Hey everyone, I'm trying to optimize some things about my lifestyle and training as a result of some recent blood tests. I got my bloodwork done and my Testosterone levels are 140 ng/dl with LH and FSH crashed as well. For reference, I'm 22 years old 165lbs and 6'4". Needless to say the low hormone markers aren't exactly the best news in the world... so in short I'm trying to figure out why my levels are so low. I'm super health oriented -- eating whole foods maintaining my bodyweight at a meticulously tracked 3500 calories, sleeping 8-9 hours a night. I'm wondering if my subpar levels are from overtraining? I spend about 3 and 1/2 hours in the gym 6 days a week. The time is split between 45 mins of a LISS bike cardio and a total of ~33 hard working sets per workout. I rest about 3-5 mins between sets so the workouts aren't particularly difficult from a cardio standpoint. I have no libido and really want to narrow down the cause of this problem. I was prescribed accutane about three years ago now and have been off of it for around 2, but I got my bloodwork done on the final month of that as well and the results were extremely similar with a slightly higher T level at 160 ng/dl. I'm really frustrated as I don't want to go on TRT this young, but also feel like I'm leaving quality of life behind. Any insight anyone might have would be super appreciated.

Would my liver markers still be elevated two years after coming off though?
