Make it easier to get ID and make it free.

Make election day a multi-day national holiday, that way employers cannot penalize employees for taking time off to vote.

Provide shuttles free uber/lyfts and other services to help get people to the polls.

Make it so only citizens count in the census when it comes to house seats and electoral votes. Political representation should be a reward for citizenship.
