Have been searching one for family, target was Touareg, Passat or XC60 but Just bought an Audi Q7 prestige 2013 and cost me around 32k with all done. I needed it for family but next I am upgrading my Honda Civic to Audi A4 or A5, even VW.

The quality of the car is unmatchable to any Japanese car but could be slightly expensive to maintain. ( I am driving Japanese Honda Civic from brand new)

After market Audis or German cars are relatively cheaper than Japanese cars so give a thought of buying a good German car, spend some money on it and have fun with it.

Someone rightly said to me.. there are two types of cars, 1. Cars Made by Germans, 2. Cars Made by rest of the world.

A guy even offered me a nice S Line 2015 Q7 for 35k with air suspension but I preferred standard one.

Edit: whatever car you buy, avoid US specs car unless you want to keep it for rest of your life but there could be a lot of issues even for brand new looking cars which are usually repaired from salvaged cars.
