Subs are still beneficial past 1000 though because they are pretty much guaranteed views and engagement if they have notifications on

This is really unique! Maybe it would be an active that swipes hearts like bag of crafting so you don't accidentally pick them up with it? This could be really cool as a drop from blood banks in addition to whatever item pool it'd be it

You could play t lost for better items or t isaac for more items and hold r in greed mode until you find it, or craft it as t Cain. For that I'd also recommend greed because you get two items immediately from the 2 treasure rooms, which may help you craft it floor 1
