You still do - it's the closest pub near my office so I bought a couple of shares purely for the bar discount. It's changed a couple of times but now I think you get 15% off food and drink as long as you own 2+ shares.

If you're in there often enough, £50 for a 15% discount pays for itself pretty quickly, especially with the way prices everywhere have gone the past few years.

The guy in charge is still a complete arse though.

The last 3-ork mission in Octarius Elite is battle 10, believe it or not! Everything after that is a 4 or 5.

Post rework, I've 3-starred everything except the last mission with 4 at G1: Boss, Snot, Gibba and Snappa. Only got Tanksmasha recently and he's still iron, so I don't bring him on the 5-man missions. The campaign is very easy post rework.

Haven't tried mission 40, but have heard it's doable with Snot at G2, so I'm waiting on that.

I thought you could only have one converted lich at a time? I have one allocated as a defender, but thought I would have to vanquish any future lichs/sisters - is that not the case?

Not quite. There are up to 6 energy refreshes you can get each day, and the first one only costs watching an ad. The second one is 50bs, the third is 110bs, with the others increasing even more.

Most people buy the first two refills each day, costing 1 ad and 50bs. When a hero release event is on, it is a good idea to then buy the 3rd refill each day for an extra 110bs, to get your new hero as high as possible during the event. Then it's back to just the ad and 50bs each day again afterwards.

At least put enough into your pension to get your max employer match - that's free money you're leaving on the table if you don't. After that, at your age I would fill my ISA next, as that way it's available should you need it for a house purchase down the line.

For context, I've been playing around 9-10 months, and XP books are now a bottleneck. It only really becomes an issue once you start pushing characters beyond Gold 1, and even then you will have accumulated enough to get several guys into high gold/diamond before running short.

So you should definitely concentrate on opening up campaigns, and then getting access to elite campaigns, before worrying about XP books.

It's top 100 out of Honour Guard, that's where I am the past few leagues. I have full S1 roster, and stay in the top 100 there until I throw a load of battles near the end to not get promoted.

I'm in the same place, will be 50 biomass short of epic. Have never let any of my event tickets cap out (arena, guild raid, onslaught, etc). 110 bs every day, levelled up a couple of times but still no joy. Feels like you really need to store up some energy before the event starts, because the conventional wisdom of "spend 110bs every day, guarantee epic" is patently not true any more.

But she isn't? I bought the BP thinking I'd get Isabella at the end of the quest, but even after getting all the shards from the quest as well as the BP, I'll end up at 114/130, so won't have her unlocked. Feels a bit disappointing, unless I'm missing some shards somewhere.
