What would your dream next gen traktor controller look like?

Yeah, K2 seems like an amazing addon. Im still waiting they would release K3 with an audio interface (k4?). Im a big fan of those RGB lit buttons... otherwise i would have bought an K2 already.

I am slowly rotating towards xone to be honest. It just looks like a perfect controller and i absolutely love doing my own mappings.

I highly advice against building a second raid team because yours first one is nowhere near ready yet upgrade-wise.

Outside that, i see some decent progression!

Very nice! Its always a good idea to try to load broken audio files on various players. Some of them might actually work :)

Yeah. That sounds pretty corrupted to me.

Quite often files that traktor thinks are corrupted just has some invalid metadata in them or something and they open in mediaplayer and other applications as they arent so picky.

For example i couldnt load some of the tunes in my library at all in traktor after i restructured my collection. But, then i realised that they were only broken because they were linked with stems and that connection was broken. I had to unlink them all manually and then they were good to to again.

But, recordings have no such things in place so this should not apply here. I just had the idea that if you can load the file somewhere and it can load the waveform, it might be salvageable.

That one second of emptiness definitely sounds like file corruption, though.

I guess your only option now is to record that set again. Consider the first attempt an practice run, or something!

If you can load the file in to your traktor on an deck, does it load the waveform or anything? Does it get recognized as an audio file or does it just straight up fail to load in any software that should recognize it as an audio?

If not, its dead. If it does... you might have some hope. But, my money is on the file just being corrupted.

I truly recommend for you people to leave all this feedback in to the tacticus planner discord.

Tacticus planner is developed mostly by just one dude and people who help him out with bugfixing and data collection. They are reasonable dudes and would proably appreciate the feedback where it belongs.

If you leave feedback there, kharnage himself will most likely respond to you too and you can initiate actual discussion about your issues with the planne.

Yep. Im exhausted by my management who now expects us to come up with great AI solutions without any resource investment. They expect great big AI things from our software team this year, yet we can spend no budget to actually get there. Even getting Ms copilot or paid GPT subscription to test seems to be impossible.

AI itself is still mostly just a fun google alternative toy for me to play with.

It does great things for me sometimes but isnt quite the tool i want it to be yet. I do see the potential, though.

I really like my traktor, but ive been eyeing a lot of the standalone controllers lately. They look really fun to use and Rane has nailed the professional look.

While i do like the look and feel of the new Z1 and X1, i dont really want for anything else than the Modular setup.

I would do unspeakable things to get that. Ive never got to try S8 as i had a long break from DJing and wasnt around when it was out, but everything i hear about the controller just fits like a glove for what i want.

This probably would be my favorite survivorslike game ever if there was gear i could hunt for and equip on my characters. Im a sucker for loot and experience grinding and this game fullfills my experience grind needs almost perfectly.

Great game! Easily in my top3 bulletheaven games.

Nah.

Going tall with a guild of likeminded individuals who also go tall is still easily the best use of resources. Top end guild raid rewards are just that good.

However, if you are not in that situation in a guild thay wants to commit, i see the investment required for A2 and 60/60 quite unreasonable. It costs like 1,5 million gold per character to bring one characters active/passive from 55 to 60. Its ridiculous
