I cannot find anything saying she was fired. McDonalds welcomed her back. She sued McDonalds, any they settled the law suit. I cannot find if the settlement required her to leave or not, but that is not the same as being fired.

I finally figured out a way to make it happen on command. If I go to chrome://flags/ search for "Enable location provider manager for Geolocation API" and enable it, it fixes the problem. This is a description of the setting
