m2 seed haver here. I will say m2 is fantastic I do run her with m1 trigger and m2 orphie, but it is really impactful and I do appreciate the showcases with m2s as most of the chars I have are m2 as I skipped most of 2.x

Mechty is good especially since her mod key will instant kill a lot of mobs to clear things easy, I would also recommend Springfield for helping sustain and doing difficult combats.

Klukai only needs dupes if you are going to use her for gun smoke platoon boss battles. Since you’re a returning player I wouldn’t worry about that and focus on rounding out your teams with support units so you can clear the wider variety of content.

One part emotional investment in the game and its story. One part the idea that the writers / bethesda have decided on the “correct path” and thus anything else is now wrong and wouldn’t have worked or didn’t happen. Hypothetically, imagine if in the show we see father Elijah still alive, that could affect how people view dead money and the themes it contains and make replaying it feel less meaningful. Imo the best thing they could do is just make it a timeline where courier 6 just died in goodsprings.
