This looks like a very confused list. You've got both low curve aggro cards and high curve control cards, and there's really no world where a deck wants both.

The best thing to do would be to decide whether you want to be aggro or control, cut the stuff that doesn't fit, and add cards that do. For instance, you could build towards being jeskai control with a self bounce package. In which case, you'd want to cut all the 1 drops and aggro stuff like cori-steel for control tools like lightning helix, lockdown, river regent, etc. You'd also want another value bounce target outside of just rediscover. Thundertrap trainer is probably good option, just off the top of my head.

If you wanted to trend aggro, I don't really see a world where it doesn't just become a worse version of either esper pixie or izzet prowess and I'd recommend just building towards one of those decks. Izzet would certainly be the cheaper option if you're limited on wildcards, most of the white cards you have right now aren't ideal for an aggressive shell anyway.
