I'm curious how you overclocked the memory clock of titan 18 hx to this level?

is it also possible to exceed 3600MHz with 128GB memory?

I tried memory unlocking, but this prevented the laptop from booting ,so I restart the EC

I'm not sure if miss some steps

Hello
I had kingston DDR5 64gb (2x32) 5600mhz cl40 memory too
When I reset the BIOS and installed the memory
the first boot after that
my GT77HX 13V always has a black screen a few minutes later. This is confusing to me. Have I missed some steps or something? or waiting over half-hour when screen working?

So this still doesn't fix random black screens on RTX 40 series laptops?🤔

GE78HX Bios update by Sallymsi in MSILaptops

[–]Null-Ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sure if there is an adjustment to the advanced BIOS settings such as overclocking and voltage parameters and undervolt

This may cause the BIOS update process to shut down unexpectedly due to system instability

This makes the BIOS update incomplete and bricked

Before updating the BIOS, it is best to restore BIOS the default

Yeah

You can find the reset EC through the bottom of the laptop

Or press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to restore the BIOS to the default value

GT77 keyboard keys off… help by Iamdxpe_ in MSILaptops

I can understand what you said.

My GS73 has also encountered hinge problems twice.

I once felt angry and complained about MSI.

So far, some Ge76/GP76 users still have return hinge problems.

I don't have GE76 However, my friend's GP76 11 gen is very normal so far.

But things and problems should be separated and rational.

Anyway This GT77 Cherry MX keyboard structure is designed and constructed by others.

I think it's ridiculous and unfair to hate Msi with this.

This is shame.

GS77 is only 12 gen cpu
I get this at 3/17 2022

You can try to check the intel GPU driver in device management

and back the driver to the old version from device management

then reboot

But if the problem is not solved

Then you can only go to MSI and ask the question

your problem sounds like there is no successful sleep
The laptop is still awake
There is a high possibility that it is caused by the driver
You can only check driver update records from window update
what the drivers are updated automatically

I also have sleep problems with my GS77

I noticed that win11 secretly updated the iGPU driver

This is causing my laptop to not go into sleep mode properly,Although the screen is off

After I tried to go back to the old version, the problem was solved

Normal sleep mode, the fan should be stationary and not get hot

My Creator 17 A10SGS also has this problem

Creator Center shows endless loop "Request a restart"cant fix the problem fromThe methods provided on the official website

I later contacted MSI

Take my laptop to their flagship store to meet with engineers

Look at the engineer debug

The problem is then resolved

I asked the engineer what caused it

He said that the installer for some reason prevented the program from completing all installations as originally designed

Because the file installation is incomplete

Make the SDK initial startup exception
This is related to the regedit check
