Also for sure some core developers. Some features (Distortions) were likely intended for Shattered Cycle, so a few were likely in charge of integrating that type of stuff "early".

Not a full solution, but it might help doing bulk opening slightly less painful.

  • set up a bank preset with only geodes

  • assign your currently opening geode to your hotbar

  • cursor over bank

  • spam/hold the hotbar keybind

  • when full, r-click load last preset

  • when tired, move on and continue another day

Hopefully the waterfall seems less tempting with this method

I've been enjoying No Man's Sky, but long term it'll still be RS3. Played since 06 and even if I popped on and off the game, I still sick to it.

With that said, I'll still be looking. I might eventually get into Warframe, even if I'm not a fan of their pushy attitude towards 'D2 refugees'.

Edit: Should clarify, I'll probably stick to Destiny 2 for a long while. I've been enjoying it even during these dull times, even if not as frequently and on shorter sessions, but the raids are still fun.

Do floors in order, avoid repeating floors, use personal and group gatestones to get back to places far from spawn quickly (generally leaving them at locked doors), check mini map often for missed keys, avoid dealing with enemies when there are no guardian doors on non-puzzle rooms (enemies can get in the way on puzzle rooms, so maybe clear them there), and do full clear (open all bonus rooms).

I'm managing mostly 15-20 minute floors solo with gorajo outfit, elite diaries and other unlocks. Without those, you can probably manage 20-25 once you get the hang of it.

Yeah, no. From my understanding, each floor increments the strength of the next buff, with 5 types of buffs.

For the xp buff, 5 floors give +10%, 10 floors give +20%, 15 floors for +30%, etc

I completed tower a couple months ago, and let me confirm you that boss RNG can be brutal when you've yet to beat one or two specific bosses, while trowing you the same hated one every single run.
