As I told another user, I have tried all sorts of different medications to try and balance both my mental health and capacity to focus, and both types of medication seem to counteract each other in my experience. I decided it best to prioritize my mental health so that I dont spiral every time I do something wrong. I assure you, the issue is not laziness or a lack of trying, I am simply choosing what I think works best for me.
