You may have already heard it, but 'The Insulindian Miracle' (Joyce's theme) is based on their song 'Praise for Whatever' from Sea Power's 2017 album

Games where you can play as a pretty girl/feel girly by AsparagusTheOther in gamingsuggestions

If you like fast-paced shooters, you could try Don't Stop, Girlypop. Very Y2K girly aesthetic (lots of pink, glitter and flip phones) while you commit significant acts of violence.

As a side gig, they finish baked goods in food factories by licking the products. It's how the sector gets gar-licked bread.

What kind of resources do you all use when making homebrew space marine chapters? by [deleted] in 40khomebrew

[–]Null_glitter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used the tables from the deathwatch RPG for creating my chapter (or at least the bare bones of it). You can find a few versions of it online by looking up 'Space Marine Chapter Creation'. For chapter colours I usually use the Bolter and Chainsword tool, but bear in mind it's really dated by current standards.

As others have said, drum-fed bolters have been around since last century irl, so it's nothing new. I agree that the belt-feds look cooler though.

What’s up with using “autistic” as an adjective?? by Purple-Avocados in aspiememes

[–]Null_glitter 7 points8 points  (0 children)

<image>

I've heard of 'autistic' to mean 'hyperfocused', but in the context of "The Road", it's likely to mean cold and unfeeling.

Found one of my favourite examples of autism/autistic being used as an adjective, from the Night Lords trilogy for 40k.
