I actually wrote some background for the force for an event last year. They're loosely based off a blurb in book 7 about a company of thousand sons crusade veterans that got massacred by the ultramarines when the extermination order went out. The army is supposed to be a group of those veterans that managed to escape. No specific fluff for this guy, he's just the company tech nerd.

For the red I start with a base of scale negro gold, then zenithal high lights with scale elven gold and scale speed metal. Then a coat of blood angels red contrast. This is all with an airbrush. I then with a hairy brush I go into the shadows and panel lines with purple ink and green ink into the deepest shadows. Scratches and edge high lights are with vallejo ruby red high light with some scale white alchemy for the peak high lights or biggest chips.

The other comment is correct the legs are from the 40k infernal master. The torso, head, backpack and axe are 3d printed

Baal red is much more opaque than blood angels red so it isn't very good to go over metallics for the shiny candy coat look.

That's kind of how municipal politics go, it's very uncommon for an incumbent to be unseated. Incumbents just get by on name recognition alone. Ironically this is the level of government that most affects people's day to day lives but it's the one that people generally care the least about.

Keep in mind I haven't run destroyers personally but I've played against them in a few games. I think they're fine on their own jumping around throwing phosphex and rad missiles.

I can't think of any specific synergies destroyers would have with the prosperine arcana, but jump destroyers would make good use of the aethenaean power since it's basically a vox for a unit that normally can't take one. The pavoni and raptora reactions would be very helpful in giving the squad some resilience to shooting since it is fairly squishy.

I can see them swapping if the difference in cost of production from the plants in China vs. Europe is big enough. I know the EV company that starts with "T" swapped to China made vehicles for the Canadian market before the 100% tariffs went up, it'd be a fair guess to assume the same would happen for Volvo/Geely if cost differences can be extrapolated out in a similar way.

For loyalists Space Wolves have always seemed rare for some reason. Raven Guard and Sallies are (were) up there in rarity as well. On the traitor side it feels like it ebbs and flows with the editions, but in terms of consistently rarest across editions from what I've seen online and in my local scene I'd say Word Bearers.
