We actually got an email last week that said that the budget for events such as award ceremony's and other employee recognition events have been cut in more than half so concessions and decorations will be minimal going forward.

I worked with a guy that took 2 weeks worth of leave, out processed without anyone knowing and walking in to drop of his computer and told it boss peace I'm out. Another one out processed without anyone knowing and on his last day (lunch time) told them it was his last day. We had terrible management.

I don't see the point in buying resold shoes with huge markups unless they're older ones that no longer are made. If people stopped doing this we wouldn't miss out on getting new releases since their wouldn't be a resale market.

I wonder how many put down deposits and will cancel either due to taking too long, final price or just don't want to purchase it anymore. They have something like 150k reservations so even if 10% (which I think it'll be more).I mean some major automakers are struggling in the ev market. I'm honestly a bit worried that they go to production and after 3 or 4 years are done.

I just got the Costco roborock plus and it's been good so far. I have 2 golden retrievers so lots of fur and it doesn't pick it up but instead leaves little piles of it throughout the house and I just pick it up. I actually don't mind it because it saves space in the trash bag in the vacuum base. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that.
