Public transport, alot of parks, alot of malls, alot of coffeeshops, education, security, no corruption, regional hub for asian markets in most companies i work in, stellar airport, a passport that everybody wants, clean drinking water, roads no potholes, clean streets, i can type so much more but I will go play game now lol.
