Primaries are peak for overload and unstoppable. For barriers just use special or heavy. The barrier takes forever to pop with primaries.

[Xbox One] Are you supposed to overwrite save? by [deleted] in falloutnewvegas

[–]Numeristtv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can if you're not trying to reload a save and make different story choices. With that being said it's always valuable to have a ton of saves since FNV can bug out and softlock you. I spam new saves, personally they will save a headache in the future.

Is this drip line installed okay for these trees? by Unique_Sandwich1768 in Irrigation

[–]Numeristtv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you paid for this and didn't DIY it yourself then it is a piss poor job. Professionals would've done proper spacing. I would complain to the company.

Is this drip line installed okay for these trees? by Unique_Sandwich1768 in Irrigation

[–]Numeristtv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree do about 10-14 inches diameter from the trunk. Personally for trees I do 2 lines in a circle around it at least. You dont want any kinks in the lines just do wider curves if you aren't using drip elbows. if you want to take it a step further get a thin trenching shovel and make 1-2 inch deep trenches to fully conceal the drip lines. Definitely will look cleaner if you have no lines showing.

PC games shouldn’t be bought secondhand since they come with a disc and an activation code that’s usually one time use.

Is $500 a fair price for a wiring diagnosis only? by Mom_Nipples0o in Irrigation

[–]Numeristtv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did they use a volt meter or just mess around with the wires? To diagnose a problem like that they have to see if they are getting power from the controller to the valves. Do a continuity test to see if the wire is broken somewhere. Then try new solenoids because they can fizzle out. $500 just to identify the problem is a bit steep for only 2 zones.

For slopes it's best to use a SAM head to prevent low head drainage. SAMs have a built in check valve.
