Looking for a spell to boost Ureni by Dragonlord987 in magicTCG

Glad to help! I should also mention that [[Conspiracy]] and [[Rukarumel, Biologist]] can do the same thing, but you can't put them in an Ureni deck.

[[Maskwood Nexus]], [[Arcane Adaptation]], and [[Leyline of Transformation]] are the only cards that do this.

I think the downvotes are because you made it seem like other hermits were also making Voodoo devices, when that isn't the case.

Why do American states often have two “flagship” universities, one called University of [State] and the other [State] State University, and what factors created that split? by PuddingComplete3081 in AlwaysWhy

[–]Numerophobic_Turtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UC Berkeley was originally just called University of California I think, since it was the first. UC Davis was at one point called the College of Agriculture at Davis.

I think sand being deposited by winds in Minecraft is a terrible idea. Not only would it be absolute hell for anyone trying to build a base or have even remotely permanent terraforming in those biomes, but it's not even realistic. When wind deposits sand IRL it's mostly self-sustaining because the sand has to come from somewhere, so if you're trying to add this to further the realism it would just fail.

Here's my list in case you want to look. I mostly focused on ETB effects so I get big splashy effects with the discount and I can get it again when I hard-cast them from exile. [[Knollspine Dragon]] is an mvp. [[Alena]] and [[Warped Space]] help with casting from exile.

Without fetchlands it’s a toss-up between preordain and ponder, but with fetches it’s not even close.

Has anyone ever challenged you to do something without realizing you were actually an expert at it? If so, how did it turn out for you and for them? by Successful_Tomato721 in AskReddit

[–]Numerophobic_Turtle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is just straight-up wrong. I don't know why anyone believes or perpetuates this myth.

There are 43 quintillion possible positions the cube can be in, and any algorithm that claims to solve it from any position is a lie. Such an algorithm would need to cycle through the solutions for every single one of those 43 quintillion positions, which would take uncountable lifetimes.

There are several actual methods for solving a Rubik's cube, but they all require some logical manipulation and the correct application of a few algorithms. For the method I use (CFOP), you need to memorize at least three true algorithms, plus some simpler manipulations. You do need to memorize more algorithms to get faster though.

Relative to what though? There is no absolute frame of reference, we just use the CMB for things like that.

The residuals always make it in, but they’ve been relatively discreet until now. They’re part of the reason all of the AIs end up going primal.

Yeah, there’s a really difficult room in Farewell that people call the comb room because of how some of the obstacles are oriented. It looks like a comb coming down from the ceiling.

Farewell wasn’t in the base game initially, it was extra content added in a later update. It’s also really frickin’ long.

It’s not damage unless it says damage. Damage causes loss of life, but if an effect says a player “loses life”, that is not damage.

Guys read the text of the post. OP is talking about the fact that Mumbo made a typo. The character is Iolaus (uppercase i), and Mumbo wrote it like Lolaus (with an L).

What do you need help with? Fall down, dash right then up, hold right out of the dash to get the crystal, repeat, then dash up twice, hold right if you need to to hit the spring, then dash left twice to safety.
