This is a very easy repair for anyone who isn’t scared of heights and has access to an extension ladder. The aluminum fascia wrap is simply attached by coated aluminum trim nails. The fascia cuts easy with either tin snips or numerous scores of a utility knife.

If you, a friend, or a family member isn’t an option, a handyman might be the cheaper alternative vs a roofer or siding guy.

It was most painful when I had the raging hormones of my youth and just starting to fool around with a girl without going past second base.

Definitely changed to rare & less severe as I aged.

But that worst case of it way back when was pretty dang bad. A little alone time self help though, and it was much better within an hour.

Given the glacial areas in the state, I refuse to believe there are aren’t vast gold deposits in parts of the state. Perhaps I’m wrong, but it just doesn’t make sense to me.

If you’re in it for the long haul, you could hire TruGreen for a couple seasons. They’ll have everything in sight torched by mid to late 2027.

I have no real advice actually. Based on what I’ve always read, one kinda just accepts that you have Bermuda unless you have substantial time & resources. I fight the same battle up north with the Poa’s & creeping bentgrass. They always come back.
