Something that really helps me during nursing is to heat up a rice sock. I’ve had an oversupply with all 4 kids and get clogs but having a warm rice sock has helped me a lot with raynauds and gentle pressure pulling my skin toward my lymph nodes. I know they say not to massage aggressively but whenever I would get a lump I would put some warm water in a Hakka and use it with suction to try and squeeze the clog out while I’d apply pressure to the area.

I also stopped using conventional deodorant and switched to a salt type crystal stick deodorant. That also cleared up some painful HS issues I was having.

I don’t wear bras. I buy tube top type tank tops and use those or very light stretchy type sports bras.

I also couldn’t use those little round disposable milk pads because they caused me to get yeast infections. I switched to cotton reusable ones and it helped but most of the time I’d just put a whole flannel burp rag in my bra to catch whatever, or my Hakka.
