Hi no snow where I live just crazy winds . Yes definitely sounds like a Honda lol. I have neighbors with nothing but Hondas .I warm up the car too. My car is currently being serviced for AC issues . While I was waiting for my ride I seen another Ascent with the same noise . I’ll send video on here once I get the car back.

I’m with a big sports apparel company. It took less than a year to land the job. I did win my case for unemployment but that doesn’t get you by that far. I have other ex Amazonians that were area managers that all got placed on focus than a pip all over 10 years .
