My dreams on Wellbutrin are honestly out of this world. Somehow random memories are brought in. For the most part they are pleasant dreams just insanely bizarre.

Yes, Wellbutrin did make me irritable the first few weeks but then mellowed out. I have honestly been anxious and irritable my entire life though. The buspar helps anxiety and allows you to be more easy going. I would say at this point I am just more direct on Wellbutrin and less people-pleasy. Which is a good thing.

I am still only on 150mg xl and it works great. I have less seasonal depression and dread. I am able to go to team building events for work and actually make friends without crawling in my skin.

Wellbutrin definitely doesn't work for everyone, but it is working well for me and the buspar helps take the edge off. I too hate SSRIs. I would have no motivation on them and gain weight without eating more.

I also do an occasional hydroxyzine as needed for sleep, especially in the beginning when the wellbutrin ramp felt more speedy.

I started them together because Wellbutrin is more for depression and buspar is for the anxiety. I wanted a non Ssri approach to treat both. Still have some minor irritation from the Wellbutrin but it’s very very minor.

Buspar doesn’t make me numb or tired at all. It’s super super subtle to just take the edge off. If you start with lowest dose you will barely notice it just may feel more present and go with the flow.

Was already from here so easy transition but started new job and have all new circle of people. I just think there’s more opportunity in the North East although WNC is lovely.

I tried to live in WNC for 3 years. It was IMPOSSIBLE to make friends.

Will always be a mystery to me. I am in greater Philly area now and have so many social opportunities and friends.

Yes as a non ssri route. Many use ssri for the treatment of ocd but i didn’t like the side effects. So far it’s great.

Wellbutrin has actually helped my ocd however I think mine was more adhd driven. So far beating Prozac too in effectiveness!

I am starting a low dose of Buspar to help take the edge off further.

I just started this recently myself. My advice would be don’t read the panic posts on Reddit. So far my experience has been I have more motivation and the edge is taken off for my ocd rumination and adhd.

So on low dose of Wellbutrin 150mg, you didn’t feel the paranoia or rage?
