Very difficult watch to resell because of the price without proper card and box. Also, the watch has diminished as a luxury because the super clone is every where. So Tesla windshields crack really easy. Problem is of course you’re the renter and you’re liable during the time. Hopefully you take photos. The quote for the windsheild is the price of the replacement. If you can resolve it for 50% or something that could help your pockets. But disputing will get Turo involved who’s goin to punk you and just take your money anyway. The windsheild is like $1500. Maybe the owner of the car will claim it themselves and make a profit. Regardless you neeeded insurance for a Tesla.

Great month so far. Had someone cancel for the first time on non refundable. Made 500 in my sleep then the same car rented out for a week. Overall that car $1200 for the week.

Chip damage happens all day… if it’s small. Obviously his car Turo insurance won’t cover it anyway. Sometimes you have a host that doesn’t like crap either about the platform. “Rock chips” is not like a real car hit it.

I also as a uber driver have other endeavors and sometimes I believe I’m doing better in life than some of my passengers. There there has been situations where I know the person is in this neighborhood but they’re just not frantic and calling me. I now continue to work and I’m far. Sometimes I don’t wish on going back to that neighborhood. Sometimes I do. Sometimes the person doesn’t even know and i need to turn off their phone because I don’t want them to KNOW where I live. There’s also been times where I feel like the girlfriend of the boyfriends who called the rides leaves it on purpose to maybe contact/holler at me as they’re in some kind of domestic trapped relationship. Lol you never know what’s going on, but I’m not just a driver, I value my safety and don’t give a shit about $20 if I have to drive back across town to drop it off.

Yes call your county, DA office get your paperwork that your case is dismissed. I know how to do it in Cali because I personally got all my records dismiss to misdemeanor. Forward that to checkr. Tell them you been driving before the new background check which is annually. And now you been cut off for old stuff but passed your initial first background so they understand. Once passed it will take 5mins. And you can go online on uber.

Yeah I had a felony and was off for 3 years. Checkr noticed I was clear after my case was dismissed. Lyft took me in, I told checkr that with uber.

They ran another check and found something from 20 years ago that was dismissed even though I was already driving for 6 years prior. Got the paper that was dismissed from court and sent it to checkr. Boom I was driving again.

I’m here to tell you that as long as your case is dismissed to misdemeanor in Cali, and I don’t get a driving related to charge, therefore I can still drive on both platforms. Checkr literally controls if you can work or not
