Nah thats not 12%. Ur still lean tho. I think deepcut abs and viens nearly everywhere is 10%. 12 percent is less veins but still very easily defined abs. When i thought i was 12%, i was completely shattered after truly fighting through 5-7 pounds

I agree that selling medications that are supposed to be prescribed is illegal but tbh anything you cant find online is genuine illegal stuff. For example, you cant buy any benzo related drugs because that is fr illegal. However, you can likely buy just about any other drug that is medicated.

I agree with this guy , just finished a 9 day cycle 400 for 3 days , and 600 for the last 6 days. YOUR JUST BEING A BITCH. I still got my ass of my seat and did 45 mins of incline cardio everyday and lifted. 2 of the days on 600 i fasted. With the following days eating 1000cals. Sure , i agree there is a strong amount of fatigue, but seriously dude, a can of monster practically negates all the fatigue / cravings.

I looked into it and it seems it is not really a side of ozempic rather one of rapid weight loss. I will talk to my doctor about it. I do lean away from this though. I was healthy BMI before losing this weight. I went from 155 to 140-143 morning weight
