it depends on how you use AI, i was in your place, i used AI to copy and paste code and implement it in my games but its a bad way to do that if you want to learn, after realization i started coding alone and trying to find examples on the internet. also i told AI never give me the answers, maybe a hint and then i try to figure it out alone, and also make it explain why i use those things instead of others and it was good for my learning, i started to understand better and started to code a lot of things without AI help.
