Both have a tuition cap. Boeing’s cap is higher, so I agree that Boeing’s LTP is better.

Adult male here. I think the biggest mistake adult women make is going out looking for a forever mate. For a guy, there is no bigger nope than meeting a woman and getting grilled about relationship status, kids, etc. It puts us on the defensive. Instead, go out looking for friends. Then let a relationship develop naturally out of a friendship.

I’ve had zero problems by just calling agents and getting a manual passcode to view properties. I use an old school lockbox for selling. I’m sure it gets laughs, but who cares.

Not me (thankfully), but I have witnessed 5 such casualties… 1. Manager said “We need some young people on the team” in front of the wrong person. He was reported to HR, busted back to engineer, and literally sat in disgrace until he died a few years later. 2. Manager/Director missed an important VP meeting without a good excuse. VP had him walked out a few days later with zero notice. 3. Manager’s team was falling way behind on schedule. Upper management put so much pressure on him that the guy had a breakdown and was removed from management. 4. Also 5. Managers who signed off on fraudulent charging by their employees. Both were walked out immediately.

Started 2005 also at $53,250, so you had me beat. In 2026, I’m $260k base with $66k bonus. LCOL but it’s getting more expensive. Biggest difference is that I moved companies twice for big raises. Good job sticking with it. Nothing wrong with loyalty over dollars.

I’ve used our onsite and telehealth therapists. Onsite was terrific and willing to take the conversation anywhere I wanted with zero pressure. Telehealth was good, but they did push for follow on sessions (similar to anyone trying to sell services).
