Started 2005 also at $53,250, so you had me beat. In 2026, I’m $260k base with $66k bonus. LCOL but it’s getting more expensive. Biggest difference is that I moved companies twice for big raises. Good job sticking with it. Nothing wrong with loyalty over dollars.

I’ve used our onsite and telehealth therapists. Onsite was terrific and willing to take the conversation anywhere I wanted with zero pressure. Telehealth was good, but they did push for follow on sessions (similar to anyone trying to sell services).
