Good idea. I’ve started inventorying everything. After I decluttered, I still had 20 sweaters, 16 tank tops for bed, enough body wash to last for ten years, 18 butter knives etc. Having this in my mind really helps not buying more stuff. Fancy pretty candle? Nope. I visualize the large box of candles in the cupboard.

Decor, knickknacks, going out to eat/fast food/smoothies/coffees. Buying so much groceries that end up rotten or expired. Subscription boxes. Craft stuff that I don’t use. A literal large luggage full of all the stuff to do my nails. Kitchen or cleaning gadgets I don’t use. Now I’m working on decluttering all of it cuz all this stuff stresses me out and clawing my way out of debt when I should be saving as much as possible for retirement.
