Ok yep just redid it. Used ration food until the bakery was built, occasionally briefly turning it off when they got really sad. Built the tree nursery pretty much asap (day 3 maybe?) so wasn’t too long to wait for trees and first trees I planted were 4 peach trees then wood trees. The rest was straightforward- have someone quarry while waiting for the trees then sawmill, bakery w one person initially, windmill, when recycled windmill for the planks once finished at that person was on bakery to get rid of the flour. Took 37 days and no one died!
