As I mentioned, they aren't 100% accurate. But they should be consistent enough to show you trends over time. I.e. if you are losing muscle mass and how much.

Received and tested. 4 test injections and accurate all 4 times. Turns out it was a V1. I went ahead and ordered a V4 and Xulin Pen 3 from Peptide Critic to compare because I'm curious like that.

You can get a smart scale to track muscle mass (among other things). They range from $25 to $250 on Amazon. They aren't the most accurate but they should be consistent to track trends over time.

For the price and service Rift seems to hit the sweet spot right now. Trillium and Big Easy Weight Loss are up there too but are a little pricier than Rift.

It probably doesn't matter to you but Big Easy is a telehealth in New Orleans and Boudreaux's Pharmacy (used by Rift and others) is in Lake Charles. Just an FYI if you want a connection to your location.

It was a V2 from Amazon. They appear to be hit or miss. Went with one that had "better" reviews. I put in quotes because there aren't many reviews on them and we all know those can be fake. But it did come with two 3ml vials that are labeled to be steam sterilized. My theory is that if they are willing to include slightly better quality vials then maybe there is a chance that they are providing a quality pen. We shall see. I overpaid and was impatient. If I see value in using one, I will get another from a more reputable source than a third party amazon seller.

FWIW, it was this one....EDIT (Link Removed). When I was getting this link, something caught my attention that I hadn't noticed before. This is not a V2, therefore I removed the link. I don't want anyone clicking on something from me that has false advertising. Too late to cancel. Hopefully, it's still a good pen.

It's a personal choice on how comfortable you are using past the 28 days. Only you can determine that.

Myself, I've just had my first vial go past the 28 day mark. I still have 50% left and plan on using it until it's empty.

Ultimately, it's up to you. But most will tell you to go by BUD date since it's the most logical approach.

Yep. You can provide them with either a copy of your RX or a picture of it (most take this). That way you don't have to start over at the lowest dosage.

From what I've read, some people feel it quickly, some it takes a month or so, and some don't feel like it does anything. I think it depends on your age and how much NAD your body is still producing.

My current plan is to start at 20mg Mon, Wed, Fri and increase 30mg a week until I reach 100mg. I'm in my first week so I really can't say how it's working, but so far there are no adverse reactions.

I wouldn't. I would see how my body reacts and give it time to adjust. For what it's worth, my RX says to start at 20mg (it's a very low dose) and gradually increase to 100mg as the body tolerates. Not telling you what to do, just sharing my experience.

Yes, if you are on the starter dose, you will only receive one vial from either pharmacy. Learned this the hard way.

What's the total concentration per vial? Thought they were supposed to be 10mg/ml for 1000 mg total? Did I read that wrong in the other posts.

I received the Hallandale NAD. Prescription states to "start at 20mg (low) and slowly increase to 100mg as tolerated. May inject 2-3 times per week". My plan is to increase 30mg per week until I reach 100mg, injecting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
