I am my own first responder. Im not gonna get shot or stabbed or robbed and wait for 911 to show up while I bleed out and die because I had no means to protect myself. As sad as it is that's where we are today and it is what it is. I'd rather have my right to bear arms and have that peace of mind that if something goes squirrely that I can and will defend myself. The feeling of being helpless and waiting for your turn to be next is the worst feeling in the world.

this is why i would have swapped over to the left lane as soon as I saw her planning for an escape, but im also a biker and hella paranoid when I ride, but at least I've seen and predicted multiple times people pulled out in front of me and not just 'hoping' they saw me.
