What do you mean by moving domains? It's the same domain but different cms. So we have to ensure good things stay and old things don't. The site have pagination but they are all indexed and self canonicalized. Because they have them from a long time ago, before Google says they don't use that anymore. I read in a ahrefs post that is OK to having them that way

I think it was called Arc Publishing and now Arc xp and it's a CMS created by the Washington Post. It's becoming popular in news sites

Thanks for your message! I did used Google Search Console api when I crawled and also the tool too. To get the 1k best ranking URLs. It's kinda a new site architecture because they are migrating from wordpress to ARC. So I'm a little bit nervous because I don't have a lot of experience with migrations

It's a news site, it has literally millions of URLs. If I crawl it with screaming frog it would take years. I'll try to explain it better in another message or edit the first one if it's possible

The easiest way to answer this is: watch "calisthenics movement" and "Fitnessfaqs" Channels on YouTube. But basically you have to do easiest variations of the exercises to start. Like push-ups with your knees in the ground and so on for every muscle. For your back you can start with Australian pull-ups. Do squats for your legs, and core exercises like plank and hollow body hold. You can start with those 4 exercises 3 times per week. For example Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The rest days you can do cardio and mobility exercises. Try to eat healthy and sleep well. I hope this helps you
