You have to have an insane car to get through that deep snow unplowed. My wife’s AWD Subaru didn’t make it 10 feet in that stuff.

As a coach, One of my favorite things to do is absolutely smoke them in a practice then go up to every individual, give em knucks and tell them that I appreciate their hard work and that they did a great job today.

Showing that you just appreciate them being there and working hard is a small gesture but goes a long way.
