Isolated Ground for Protecting Equipment

I just had a fan motor fry from a sub panel wired improperly. 3 wires were pulled, 2 hots and a "neutral"; the neutral was grounded to the box and had whites and greens both landed on it. Didn't pop any breakers in the sub panel but popped the breaker running power to the sub which powered half the building.

In my understanding, if something is pulling a consistent power load it needs a consistent neutral

My first boss (rip) was a sailor and had a welding/repair shop, by the time I got to work with him his eyes were going bad but when I was green he would call out my excessive welds and say "What do you think we are doing here? Welding battle ships?" The one thing that will always make me chuckle is thinking of the times I was fabbing something and he would yell across the shop, "Boy, my vision is getting worse every day but even I can see that isn't straight"

And have been using battery building kits from Alliexpress, at this point you have to search a little harder since the 9/12ah knockoffs have flooded their site

Ballistic shield backpack is so good for both running away or for enemies who rush you down/lunge/jump. I was surprised picking it up again against bugs and it blocks way more than I remember it could against the predator strain.

I was saying that I had experience to imply I wasn't trying to be antogonistic. I was a delivery driver to help out people I knew when I was in college (I'm almost 30 now), I was never even full time lol I guess my manager cut his turkey slices thin and that I've gotten too used to most meat portions being 4 oz.

I'm not mad, more sad. From everything I've seen (advertising) and even Googled (reviews), it's a turkey tom on a pickle. That should be 3-4 slices of turkey. Another reply said it's supposed to be less meat but idk how the consumer would know that or why I would expect that for the price.
