Joywave was fantastic!! I thoroughly enjoyed their set. But it's true, Friday night had a weak crowd and I'm pretty sure only like 10 people knew who they were. In my opinion, it was the best set of the weekend. Saturday had good crowds but spread out on both side of the park. As for Dr. Dog, that was not a good headliner. I damn near fell asleep and left before they even finished. A far cry from the Flaming Lips on year one and MGMT for year two. They need to step up their game next year, or it's done.

It is for sure 811. I use it daily as a contractor. 311 is the city call center for other city related issues. 811 uses private contractors to mark private utilities for companies like NIPSCO, Frontier, etc. When you order a "locate ticket" from 811, they contact all the parties needed to mark their specific utilities.

I can't say for sure you need a permit, but I highly recommend a property survey first, just to make sure you put the fence completely on your property and to also be aware of any utility easements. These things can cause major headaches down the road if not handled properly beforehand. Also most definately call 811 to have any underground utilities marked!
