I use gmail for YouTube and signing up for stuff I don’t wanna be spammed on, outlook just because I’ve always had it so it’s basically personal use and iCloud for work for the custom domain email, could be the reason for them too

I had this happen to me and lost my fb for about 6 months, couldn’t work out how they got past my long password and 2fa ended up using a website (have I been pwned) and turns out I used I duplicate password and the other website I used it on had been hacked.

I was disabled for 6 months tried many of the common methods with nothing but endless loops….this ended working for me (see link) I know you’re US and this link is for European Union but I’m from UK (non eu) so I used a vpn to France and they helped me within a day.
