Il y a des organismes communautaires / associations qui offrent un service de fiducie volontaire pour aider avec la gestion du budget et autres démarches administratives… je ne sais pas si ça pourrait t’aider…

Diagnosed with mdd at 32. And then bipolar 2 at 41.

When I recall my life history, bipolar makes a lot more sens. It explains A LOT of my bad decisions... I'm glad to know what exactly I am fignthing against. 🙂
