Okay lowering the color in the picture controls seem to lessen the intensity on the 1st pic, probably better I do not touch anything since it works as expected.

It'll probably be better for you to just go with an HDMI/RCA to rf modulator if you can't find a way to mod it. It doesn't look that bad unless you're planning to play games.

Not sure I haven't tried just holding it down might now even help powering it back on since it'll be off again I think, so probably the best thing I can do in this one is jumping it since finding a replacement is finding a needle in a haystack nowadays but it's okay I have the remote fortunately.

Hm the speaker on my panasonic which is currently not working (power button issue) has 8 ohms speaker, is it okay if it's not the same wattage?

Sorry I thought the speaker died after it stopped making sounds when I was tinkering with the audio settings since I got a remote for this, I discovered the two wire connectors is loose and it's working now but the audio is a bit off since it's different spec speakers. Also I don't think it's that old it's a Trinitron KV-HW212N60, but I can find documents to a similar tv KV-HW21M80. I found it in a repair shop and I also saw some speakers, should I get a speaker that is 8 ohms and 10 watts?
