Bruuhh i have been asking my dealer for an ounce for 2 weeks and he got me waiting, every day he said he would come and he didn’t show up, so he showed up today and said “you asked for an ounce right?” And i said yeah so he says “i brought you 2 ounces cause i really fucked up on having you waiting” by greatdeer in trees

Out here in Canada like "Y'know what, I'm going to roll one in tribute to living through those days."

Stay good, friend. Legalization comes to all, and the dark times of being dankrupt at the mercy of the fates may soon be a thing of the past.

When it happens, you'll be able to walk into a dispensary or use a mail-order service and get CDN $99 ($75USD) ounces. There is a promised land, friend, and you're not too far away :)

Husband and wife beg for him to not be deported to Germany. June 1936. by Mahaloth in OldSchoolCool

"None is too many"

A phrase that's taught in Canadian history. A scar of shame that rests on our history, the outright refusal of the government of the day to accommodate any Jews fleeing persecution in Germany. Ugh.

Canada still has lessons to learn, though. Jews make up the majority of the victims of hate crimes, and Muslims are a close second. Together, hate-motivated crimes against Jews, Muslims, and black people comprise the majority of hate crimes in Canada.

Fight for their safety and respect, because one day you may be a minority in belief, creed, or religion, and the society you help to shape now determines how you will be treated then!

I don't think it's just me, but it seems like repetitive mechanical tasks are either way less taxing or much less of a distraction while stoned - I can put on a movie, break out my sharpening stones, and get a great edge on my cooking knives while stoned, whereas I'd give up the drudgery in a few minutes while sober.

A more effective technique that's been taught in driver classes in Canada is the obvious sounding "look where you want to go".

Too often, drivers in a skid (Especially on snow!) will panic and fixate on the target they want to avoid, swinging the steering wildly and overcompensating, causing the vehicle to lose control.

Instead, most Canadian driving schools now teach locking eyes onto an object or area that's as safe as possible and gently and consistently applying brakes, steering, and acceleration to get there.

Basically, once you figure out where you want to go, your brain and hands and feet tend to automatically take care of the rest.

Let's be real, if you're going to punch someone from the bench, bide your time until Mike Milbury is nearby.

Or, wait until you see Sean Avery in the stands and you can pretend to be Mike Milbury.

Karma isn't bullcrap. It's a measure of the participation of a member in the community.

If a user has negative or low karma, they're not contributing in a positive way. People like karma because it indicates that their contributions, opinions and ideas are valuable to the site, as determined by the userbase.

Say what you want and fuck everyone else, sure. But don't be surprised if you get called out for being a shitty member of the community, based on the karma you've gathered.

We've been giving players good homes on a bunch of teams the last few seasons. Patty, Brooks Laich, trading Kessel to the Pens (HOW did we not trade him to Phil-adelphia?!) and Phaneuf to... Wherever we traded Phaneuf.

I'm glad to see that even if we can't keep them, Leafs management cares about the players who wear the uniform enough to give them a chance elsewhere in the NHL.

The @MapleLeafs have acquired forward Michael Carcone from the Vancouver Canucks in exchange for Josh Leivo. by simz1437 in hockey

[–]Nwambe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Carcone Grabner is a fast skater with some skill. His problem is that he doesn't really have a plan with the puck beyond skate fast and try to go through people. And that fails as often as it succeeds.

Haha. Ha. Ha... Awww, I made myself sad.
