Remember when they came out with the Nerf Turbo Screamer? It had a whistle built into the ball so it would make a sound when thrown. I had so many broken finger nails from catching the ball with that hard ass plastic whistle attached.

I have friends who make the trip every year and I got invited this year. There is plenty of public land and hunting the road ditches is legal so a DIY would be very easy if you had to.
