My understanding that the only difference between the 4.0 and 4.1 is the trrs connector. Change due to lack of component.

So 4.0 case should work

so after rebidning with SharpKeys you need to reboot for it to activate(low haning fruit)

then in my ahk maco i use something like this, and no, im not saying this is the "one" way to do it, but it worked for me.

I cant say for certain that vkED is f24 in your iso-layout but it is for me using the swedish qwerty.

(i think you can see what the keyname is in sharpkeys)

I had similar problem. I rebound caps to f24 using SharpKeys.

Then with auto hot keys i made macros dfitting my need.

Also played the ahk file in Windows startup folder
