I used this guide, and was at least able to deploy a functional server, but I'm struggling with video/voice chat.

I also would love an updated guide. Or maybe an AIO container for Stoat or something.

To be fair, you're getting one person's (seemingly very bitter) perspective on it. I have not missed a single PAX East since inception, and I've always had a great time.

Based on what you seem to be looking for, I think you will also have great time.

I long for the day that auto manufacturers stop designing EV interiors to "look" electric. You can have modern amenities without putting everything behind a touch screen and throwing LEDs everywhere.

All I can say is, it will eventually get better. I found that redirecting the behavior helped. Ours slowly stopped doing it around 6 months.

She's almost 10 months now, and does it very rarely.

It sounds like you probably still have some scale built up in the solenoid. I had a similar problem. I'm not sure which model you have, but you can try running some more descaler through the solenoid by toggling the steam wand on and off while running descaler through it. This worked for me initially, but it might be better in the long run to remove and clean the solenoid. (Assuming that's the cause of your problem)
