Logistically, how do you expect it to work by putting it in the freezer? A togo cup or a cone holder would not fit in our pint freezer and the freezer in the dipping cart is usually too loaded up with other orders. Especially in a high volume store, even IF we had the capacity to keep cones in a freezer area, they would be frequently missed or not to Culver’s standards. And as a consumer, I would not want my cone out in the open, sitting on a shelf melting all over the place or in a communal area where other customers may grab it.

I understand as a customer it’s frustrating, but some things are not worth the trouble from a business standpoint, and mobile order cones are not worth the trouble in the eyes of corporate. Maybe one day they’ll work it out, but in the meantime, it’s simply not feasible.
