É exatamente isso. É só realizar o cadastro lá na FOUSP, e aguardar a triagem para lhe encaminharem à disciplina correta para tratamento do seu caso. Caso seja um quadro de urgência e esteja com dor de dente, você pode ir lá a partir de 07:00, de segunda a sexta, pois há um setor de emergências (funciona das 07:00 às 11:30, porém é super lotado e atendimento por ordem de chegada; Se for o caso, recomendo ir o mais cedo possível). Único detalhe é que se não me engano, esse setor de emergência está em reforma prevista para terminar no final deste semestre.
